A Real Estate Strategy That Powers Healthcare

Launched in 2022 in Sydney, Annerley Group is a private real estate investment company that focuses on acquiring and developing healthcare real estate.

We focus exclusively on healthcare due to three significant mega trends that will continue to drive demand for healthcare over the coming decades.

Firstly, Australia's population is ageing. By 2057, it's projected that there will be 8.8 million older Australians, accounting for 22% of the population.

Secondly, Australians are living longer. Current life expectancy is 84, but that will increase to 90 by 2076.

Lastly, more people than ever are living with chronic diseases and illnesses, requiring regular medical treatment and consultation with specialists.

These trends will continue to increase demand for healthcare services, positioning us to benefit from higher tenant demand, resulting in escalating rents and a strong uplift in capital values.
