Annerley Group is a specialist healthcare property investor. We identify existing commercial buildings — whether vacant, underused, or ready for a new purpose — and convert them into fit-for-purpose healthcare facilities across Australia.

Our model is simple: we own the building, you run the clinic. We work with you on site selection, design and fit-out planning, then lease the finished space back to you on a long-term basis. No property on your balance sheet. No capital tied up in real estate.

How it works
