We partner with multinational and/or publicly listed tenants, which provides stability and durability of income through long-term, triple net leases. This strategic approach allows us to maintain a 100% occupancy rate and a robust WALE of over 10 years.

We are typically opportunistic buyers from distressed sellers or those who need a fast settlement. We are also long-term holders of the real estate we acquire or develop.
